Statement of Faith

We believe that the Bible, consisting of the sixty six books of the Old and New Testaments, is the Word of God; that it is without error in the original autographs; that it is the sole authority in matters of belief and practice.

We believe there is one God; that He eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe the Bible provides a factual account of origins; that in six days the heavens and the earth were created; that by disobedience man fell and was separated from God.

We believe that Yeshua is the Messiah promised in the Hebrew Scriptures; that He is fully God and fully man; in His sinless life, atoning substitutionary death, burial, resurrection, and ascension into heaven where He is now seated at the right hand of God the Father.

We believe that Messiah is the only way of salvation for Jew and Gentile alike and that He died for the sins of all mankind; that salvation is entirely a gracious work of God and is received upon the sole condition of personal faith in Messiah; that upon faith, which is not reckoned a work, the righteousness of Messiah is imputed to the sinner and he is regenerated to eternal life.

We believe that the Holy Spirit empowers believers and endows them with His gifts as He determines; that in this age He baptizes, permanently indwells and seals all believers into one body.

We believe that God's gracious and unconditional covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob established Israel's unique status as the elect nation and the irrevocable gift of the land of Israel; that while all the families of the earth will be blessed through Abraham?s seed, Israel?s unconditional covenants will be fulfilled in Israel and not in the church.

We believe that the ekklesia (or church) began at Shavuot (Pentecost) and consists of all Jewish and Gentile believers of this period; that Jewish believers in this age are members both of Israel and of the ekklesia; that while Gentile believers share in the spiritual blessings of Israel's unconditional covenants, the ekklesia does not in any respect replace Israel; that the ekklesia's responsibilities include evangelism and discipleship, evangelism being to the Jew first, also to the Gentile; that Messiah may at any time return to take the ekklesia from the earth to be with Him where He is.

We believe that at the conclusion of a seven year period of tribulation, in response to penitent Israel's plea, Messiah will return physically to destroy Israel's enemies and to regather Israel's remnant; that He will establish the millennial kingdom foretold in the Old and New Testaments, reigning on David's throne from Jerusalem over regenerate Israel, and as King over the whole earth; that subsequent to the millennium the unsaved dead will be raised, judged and cast into the lake of fire; that believers will enjoy eternally Messiah's presence in the New Jerusalem.
